How do I request a custom message for my Polara push button?
Polara has a repository of custom voice messages available to download at any time. Before requesting a custom voice message, check the audio library to see if it already exists:
Custom voice messages recorded by Polara are supported by the following push button models:
- iNavigator APS Push Button Stations (all models)
- iNS APS Push Button Stations (all models)
- iNX AID Push Button Stations (all models, all message filenames start with "iNX")
To upload your own recorded message, contact our support team directly: https://polara.com/support
Request Procedure
- Navigate to the Polara website here - https://polara.com/audio-library
- Fill in the form at the bottom of the page then submit the request
- Polara will process your request and email you the audio files (.ogg) for each location (see note for expected delivery lead times)
