How do I get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number?
This article lists the steps required to initiate an RMA and get an RMA number for Polara products.
- Your first course of action is to contact our Technical Support team if you are having an issue or have any questions. Often, we can resolve things without having to initiate a warranty claim.

- Verify the Warranty for your product What is the warranty for my product?
- Special marking may indicate an extended warranty for your product (ex. marking of W5 has an extended warranty of 5 years)
- When contacting our Technical Support team, please have the following information on hand:
- System unit model number
- Serial number
- Description of issue
- Troubleshooting steps taken
- Photos of the issue (if applicable)
- Technical Support will gather all of the data, verify warranty status, and determine if any product needs repairing
- Contact your regional distributor and request an RMA
- Provide the ticket number from Technical Support
- Follow your distributors instructions for next steps and provide an RMA number
- Polara will supply return/replacement product details (as required) for your records
It is ideal to have a technician on-site before contacting us so we can deal with the issue first hand and perform proper diagnostics.
